Run for your life!
Bright and early this morning Steve and I ran the Rex Lee 5k. All of the money raised goes to cancer research. We ran it last year (with Tyler in the stroller and I was pregnant with Hannah). This year the kids stayed home with a sitter. About half way into mile one, I made the resolution to never run a marathon! It actually went pretty well though. We finished under our goal and it didn't start raining until we got to the car. Perfect timing. This first picture is with Professor Lee from the law school. Rex Lee was his father and the first Dean of the law school. Amazingly, Rex Lee won 23 of the 30 cases he argued before the U.S. Supreme Court.

You are seriously amazing. I have yet to run any sort of organized event, let alone be pregnant or have just had a baby 4 1/2 months ago. Thank you for showing me it can be done. You guys inspire us!

Awesome! We should run one together. I don't think I will ever run a marathon either, but I have been thinking about a half. Strange things are happening to me....

Hey Erin...way cute blog. It was fun going to lunch with you the other day. I can't believe you are out running...I need to get my butt in gear and start getting motivated!
Totally sweet gold headband. And Erin, we can "not run" a marathon together. I've done one 5k, and I think I walked at least half the way. Pansy, I am.
Just to defend my choice of accessories... the gold headbands were worn by all law students and professors. Although, it does look really good on me.
Way to go! Running rocks!
